Notable Package Updates:
- Most Kernels got updated
- Grub got its stable release 2.12
- Mate, Deepin and Cinnamon received updates
- icu got renewed
- this needed some rebuilds. Tell us if we missed some
- KDE Frameworks is now at 5.113.0
- Thunderbird is now at 115.6.0 and Firefox got updated to 121.0, which brings Wayland by default
- Some core-dump issue was fixed in Bluez
- Gamemode is at 1.8.1
- Usual KDE-git, Haskell and Python updates
